Our 102 bed nursing facility is committed to providing outstanding quality health care, while respecting our residents' individuality. Personal needs, both medical and emotional, are our top priority. We want residents to feel positive about themselves.
Wadsworth Glen offers long term care, respite and rehabilitative care. Residents may stay long term or short term. Heritage Commons, an apartment complex located on our grounds, is also available. It is designed for adults who can live independently, yet desire special supportive services.

We surround our residents and staff with elegant surroundings. Our interior decorating is done by an award-winning designer. Antiques; quilts; oil paintings; plush draperies; and flowers contribute to the special feeling. Residents' rooms, both private and semi-private, are spacious and sunny. Meals are prepared by a professional staff with a selection similar to restaurant style dining. An on-site beauty/barber shop is available for all of our residents. We encourage residents to get involved in various social programs. Our most popular events typically include residents, staff, family and friends. The weekly social hour on Friday afternoons and sing-a-longs at the piano are some of the ways we break up the hard work of rehabilitation or enliven the lives of our long term residents.
