MEET OUR STAFF
Suzanne Krassler, MDA, Administrator
Suzanne joined The Summit at Plantsville in March 2008. Previous to coming to The Summit at Plantsville, she was the administrator at Haven Health Center of Norwich. Suzanne has a Master of Business Degree from The University of Hartford, a Bachelor Degree in social work, and completed the Long Term Care management Certificate Program at The University of Connecticut for her nursing home lisence. She has an extensive career in health care management which includes nursing home administration and holding the position of National Director of the American Red Cross Marrow Donor Program. Suzanne looks forward to maintaining the clinical excellence for which The Summit at Plantsville is known and working closely with the dedicated staff to enhance the existing programs and develop new ones to further serve our residents in their home, here at The Summit.
Lora L. McMahon, New Director of Admissions and Marketing
Lora comes to The Summit with several years experience as a Community Relations and Marketing Director in Assisted Living Communities and has a strong background in specialized Alzheimer's care having worked at The Alzheimer's Resource Center. She has been with Athena Health Care for the last three years. Prior to joining The Summit she was the Admissions Director at a sister facility, Countryside Manor of Bristol. As the Admissions Director, Lora will be the primary contact for residents and families seeking short-term rehabilitation, respite, hospice, dementia and long-term care.
Janice Glick, RN, Assistant Director of Nursing
Janice has been a nurse for 21 years and graduated from Ona Wilcox School of Nursing, and worked at New Briatin General Hospital, now The Hospital of Central Connecticut. After her time at the hospital she went into long-term and has been doing that for 17 years, she brings with her an array of experience. Janice has been a life long resident of Southington and is well know by local residents, their families and friends.
Greg Morales, RN, Director of Staff Development
Greg is a graduate of St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing and brings with him 10 years experience in acute and long-term care, he obtained his certificate in Staff Development through CCTC. Greg resides here in Southington.
Robin Greggos, BS, RN, Infection Control Nurse
Robin joined The Summit in September of 2007. She has been an RN for 32 years with Med/Surg, long-term care, and infection control experience. She has worked in long-term care for 25 years.
